     Pet Policy- Pets are welcome in specific units subject to the following guidelines:

  • Pets must be on a leash while on the grounds
  • Pets are not to be left in units unattended.
  • $15.00/night pet fee when traveling with pet
  • $100.00 cleaning fee is charged to guests housing a pet in a designated non-pet unit.
  • Guest are required to clean up any droppings on the grounds, Bags are available upon check-in.

Reservation Policy- All reservations require a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover)

Deposit at the time the reservation is made.

 

 

Cancellation Policy- If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 10% cancellation fee or the credit card would be charged for the 10% of the first night’s lodging. Any cancellation with 14 days of arrival would forfeit the first nights deposit or result in the credit card being charged for the first nights lodging.
